By building a B2B e-commerce portal evolved in functions and with great management simplicity, we accompanied Pengo to become more effective in collecting online orders and to benefit, through integration with different business systems, from a more profitable use of data and information, enhancing relationships.
Pengo is a major Italian company operating domestically and internationally in the distribution of household, catering and children's products. A supplier to large-scale retail chains and retail outlets, it offers a range of brands and products that includes household, Ho.Re.Ca. and professional. The company's sales are supported by an internal sales network and the activities of agents and representatives, and it relies in parallel on its proprietary sites, which offer access to a selection of thousands of products.
Pengo involved us in the design of a platform dedicated to order creation and collection activities, which would allow the important data assets to be optimally organized and integrated with the systems in use internally, keeping them constantly updated and making them usable for its sales network, agents and retailers.
We developed a solution for Pengo that addresses the company's complex needs through advanced order management and data processing capabilities. The platform we built for the company allows for easy use and offers intuitive navigation of useful information for agents and retailers, simplifying order generation flows.
We integrated our solution with the different systems in use in the company, such as ERP, CRM and mobile applications, to produce complete, up-to-date and always available information flows. In this way, we were also able to set up diversified automatic reporting for area heads and agents, with the information and data of interest according to role and needs.
With new automation tools and integration with business systems, the new platform has made it possible to concretely support the work of agents, simplifying pre-sales dynamics and optimizing internal flows and relationship management with the entire sales network.
